I am an experienced Digital Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering retail/private banking web/mobile apps as well as, compliance and regulatory projects across APAC / MESA / and Greater China in Standard Chartered Bank (SC), United Overseas Bank (UOB), and Credit Suisse (CS).

In UOB, I was part of the pioneer product management team that was responsible for launching the UOB Mighty app in just under 6 months. The app offers mobile banking, lifestyle, and contactless NFC payment capabilities. I have also worked on partnership deals with Chope, HungryGoWhere, SakuraSky, Amazon, and Perx to design a lifestyle eco-system around cardholders - ensuring that UOB brand remains top-of-mind.

In SC, I was responsible for extending the bank's cross-selling & deepening capabilities through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with ChatBot / Personalized Banners / and Location-Based Notifications. Worked closely with HK digital team as well as, vendors to conceptualized the ChatBot's MVP and design a roadmap that progressively adds new features: NLP for handling different languages, ability to recognize and fulfil customers' intents across multiple product classes (e.g. CASA, Credit Cards, Loans, Fixed Deposits).

In CS, my role was to integrate technologies that would create a competitive advantage for the bank by drastically improving our client onboarding and lifecycle's effectiveness and efficiency; through initiatives such as, risk-based client risk scoring, negative news screening aggregator with propensity scoring, and strategic task management platform for RMs.

I am a Certified Product Owner, experienced with Agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, SCRUM, LeSS), and mobile/web technologies (e.g. Android, iOS, AngularJS, ReactJS, RESTFUL web services) with the ability to work under high pressure, fast-paced and collaborative agile environment. Lastly, I am fluent in both English and Mandarin and possess both the PMP and PMI-Agile certification.
