Waleed is the founder and CEO of MedNav, Inc., a healthcare-focused startup that aims to minimize the fragmentation within the American healthcare-system by making it easier for patients to connect with providers and access the high quality care they need. MedNav's approach to business maintains a close ear to his clients’ needs while leveraging the power of technology to create a seamless user experience.
Prior to forming MedNav, Waleed worked in the litigation departments of global law firms and managed projects at an education-focused start-up. He graduated from the University of Connecticut and turned down an opportunity to attend the London School of Economics to focus on MedNav. Waleed is a native of Glastonbury, Connecticut and lives in Northern Virginia.
