Wafaa Sabil
Hi, I’m Wafaa Sabil, dynamic and curious about everything. I have a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. My studies have also taken me to France, Montreal, Atlanta and San Francisco.
From practicing Architecture to teaching Design, User Experience Design allows me to combine all my life's passions. I have a passion for designing creative and intuitive products/interfaces and experiences that impact people’s lives.
As part of SAP Innovation Center Silicon Valley Customer Engagement team and as a product designer, I am responsible for end-to-end design execution of engagements with SAP's top strategic accounts to ensure adoption of SAP-HANA, SAP Leonardo ML, conversational applications or any upcoming coming new technology. I have worked with C-level executives to understand their business problems that could be solved using in-memory computing & big data analytics. By adopting Design Thinking fundamentals and Agile Software development, I ensured that the engineering team built solutions to solve the customer's problems resulting in multiple deals.
I'm also passionate about sustainability and educating the public on avant-garde, environmentally sound designs.
When I have time, I enjoy dancing Tango and West Coast Swing, swimming in the Bay and doing some collaborating art work.
