Vivy Chao, Ed.D. is an educator with experience in EdTech and has spent countless hours teaching, mentoring, scribbling over students’ papers, and learning about how humans communicate and interact. She attended the University of Southern California and UCLA, where she received her bachelor’s degree at age 20. She’s been an adjunct faculty member at the California State University, Long Beach; the CEO of venture-backed EdTech startup, Nanoogo; and an Education Pioneers Fellow at the Los Angeles Unified School District. She blogs for The Huffington Post, is the co-founder of Yang Ventures, the creator of Yang Camp, and on the leadership team for Girls in TechLA.
