Vishal is an experienced IT Professional and Educator. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, and has worked in various domains within the IT industry. While working as an QA Analyst at Scotiabank, under the guidance of a colleague, he took upon additional responsibilities that involved extracting data regarding the third-party wallet performance, and developed actionable insights after their launch to help forecast and assist with marketing campaigns for the Digital Payments team, along with executing reporting initiatives for our digital wallets to drive customer satisfaction and fulfill business objectives. Additionally, he has also completed a certificate in Data Analytics, Big Data, and Predictive Analytics through a fast track program offered at Ryerson University, to understand the theory behind big data and optimize performance at a variety of levels through multiple real-world projects.
