Virginia Cagwin
Interaction Designer, Turner Broadcasting
Virginia Cagwin is an Interaction Designer that practices Lean UX methods to help teams gain shared understanding, focus, and communication. Virginia started her design career has a graphic artist working on brands such as McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. She’s worked for startups and Fortune 500 companies over the last 12 years focusing on enterprise software.
Virginia works for Turner Broadcasting System Inc. supporting entertainment brands TBS, TNT, and TCM. She’s recently returned to Atlanta, GA after spending 2.5 years in London. While in London she worked for Thunderhead.com introducing agile and lean principles. Prior to her expat adventures, Virginia spent 6 years at Turner Broadcasting leading the adoption of user-centered design (UCD) and agile methodologies for their in-house IT Department. She has spent most of her design career in enterprise where she gets to solve wicked business problems.
