Vinciane has worked in tech for over a decade, focusing her work on organizational culture through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a DEI Advisor at Bloom, she takes a strategic approach to workplace design and is fuelled by data-driven results. Previously, Vinciane was the Director of Learning & Culture at Versett, with a specialized focus in this role on workplace DEI. Outside of work, she is a board member for the Evan Shaw Accessibility Foundation and a peer mentor for Calgary Outlink, servicing the city's 2SLGBTQ+ community.
