Victoria is a Senior Specialist, Vertex Innovation and External Research (VIER). In her role, she and her team are responsible for driving strategic internal innovation across Vertex. She is passionate about solving big hairy problems using human-centered, design-driven approaches. Throughout her career, she has worked to incorporate these methods to drive innovation, solve problems, and empower others to bring them into the work they do by equipping them with the tools and mindsets needed to do so. Victoria has worked on multiple corporate innovation teams and has been practicing and teaching innovation frameworks for many years in both the biotech and finance & insurance industries. While completing her degree at Northeastern University, Victoria also gained experience working in the startup world during her time at
MassChallenge.
