Vicky Hwang is the Chief Executive Officer for Chyau Fwu Wine & Spirits in Singapore – the company that conceptualized, developed and operates the global award-winning ATLAS Grand Lobby and Bar located in the iconic Singapore landmark, Parkview Square. Born out of a multimillion-dollar upgrade of Parkview Square spearheaded by Vicky along with her husband, Vincent Pieron, ATLAS has made the World’s 50 Best Bar list every year since its opening in 2017 rising to its latest ranking in 2020 as the 4th Best Bar in the World, and the Best Bar in Asia. In 2018, ATLAS was listed by Time Magazine as one of "The World’s Greatest Places" and in 2020, the Top 500 Bars ranked ATLAS at number 2. Prior to moving to Singapore, Vicky oversaw the redevelopment of a 93 acre 12th century French estate, 144km outside of Paris. She is also Vice President of Parkview International London supporting the company’s operations worldwide including top-end residential and hotel developments. As Leasing Director of the Battersea Power Station, she was instrumental in the sale of the iconic project in 2006. Vicky, born in the US and raised Hong Kong, speaks English, Mandarin, French and can get by in Cantonese.
