vicki abadesco! is the founder and director of Soul Shoppe, an organization that teaches strategies for social-emotional awareness, conflict resolution, bullying prevention and empathy building to elementary and middle school communities. vicki! is an author, facilitator, program designer and award-winning creator of compelling workshops & curriculum for adults and youth. She loves to bring her energy to support people, groups and teams to feel safe and connected through experiential experiences and courageous conversations. Soul Shoppe team recently won an award for "Building Empathy in Communities" and because of their transformative work in schools, vicki! was chosen to be a fellow for the Dalai Lama Center for Ethics and Transformative Values at MIT.
