Veronica Finch is a member of Microsoft’s Global Diversity and Inclusion team where she creates strategies to drive cultural transformation within the Windows and Devices Group. Prior to joining the GD&I team, Veronica was an International University Recruiter, recruiting software engineers out of the Asia Pacific region. Before coming to Microsoft, she was a Captain in the U.S. Army managing human resource operations for units in Texas and South Korea and also served as a Diversity Recruiter for the United States Military Academy at West Point.
