Vanessa Shaw is a learning designer and facilitator. Over the last 15 years she’s built leadership initiatives in Europe, US and LatAm, and has facilitated programs across all three sectors. Some of her favorites have been teaching agile innovation at the Pentagon, building a leadership program with a United Nations initiative. She is founder of Human Side of Tech and runs a popular workshop and events series on Leading HR with Design Thinking. She hosts a global community group called the Workplace Lab which is a welcoming environment for people, culture & talent professionals to learn how to innovative the employee experience, together.
