Vandna Ramchandani is head of Talent, Philanthropy and Engagement for Bloomberg LP in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Ramchandani oversees talent acquisition and development, and drives both the recruitment strategy across every level, from senior executives to fresh graduates, as well as drives the talent management strategy including leadership development and succession planning. She also oversees Bloomberg’s philanthropy and employee engagement programmes for the region, focused on arts and culture, education, human services and sustainability.
Ramchandani has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held leadership roles across various departments in Bloomberg including data management, sales and customer support. Prior to her role in HR and Philanthropy, Ramchandani was Global Data manager for Asia Pacific and the Middle East, managing a cross-cultural team of over 250 people.
Ramchandani is a member of Bloomberg Singapore's office committee since 2011, which she chaired until 2015. She is a frequent speaker at conferences on leadership and professional development. Inclusion, local leadership, as well as mentoring young woman are topics close to her heart.
