Val Sanders gets to help people find fulfillment and joy in work and life every day. Val is Director of Training and Volunteers for Empower Work and an executive career coach who works with individual clients and delivers group workshops. Prior to launching her coaching business, Val culminated a two-decade corporate career as chief of staff at Autodesk. Val found her calling when she took the helm of Autodesk Women in Leadership in 2016, and expanded its programming and reach to deliver group mentorship, workshops, and networking events to 800 members worldwide. Val trained at the Coaches Training Institute, holds a BA in Theater from Cornell University and an MBA in Information Management from the University of Texas at Austin, and loves tapping into all of these in her work.
