Utpal has championed delivering meaningful end-to-end user experiences and interfaces in his 13 years of combined experience as a UX and visual designer. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design in 2006 from NSCAD University, Halifax he moved to Toronto and worked as a Graphic designer in multiple industries such as printing, packaging, marketing, and communication with small to medium size companies. It was 2013 when he set his foot in the corporate world and ever since he has been working as a UI/UX/Visual designer with institutions like HBC, BMO, and CIBC. He decided to teach out of his passion to share his knowledge and to keep himself up-to-date with the changing trends. He is an astronomy buff and likes biking, hiking, and meditating when not designing.
