He currently works as a recruiter for an innovation consultancy where he specializes in connecting design, strategy, and technology professionals with opportunities in the user experience space. Prior to working in the design industry, he spent five years as the business manager for a firm that helps teachers find jobs in international schools around the globe. Outside of work, he spends his time playing music, going to shows, and perfecting his green smoothie recipe. Ty graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's in Business Administration and a minor in Music.
