Previously, Trent has also served as Product Manager of the Blackboard Collaborate Mobile Web Conferencing platform. Trent's strategic and consultative background in product design motivate him to focus on representing the customer, both through the utilization of user research tools, as well as analytics to help his team make data-driven decisions. Trent is passionate about new technologies, and working alongside a great team to create innovative ways to solve everyday problems.
