SwiftKey is a leading technology company best known for its smart keyboard app that makes it easier, faster and more fun to type. Last year, both Google and Apple named SwiftKey Keyboard one of the 'Top Apps of 2014' SwiftKey is featured on more than 250 million devices.
Prior to joining SwiftKey, Trecilla worked for Cable and Wireless Communications Plc, as Head of HR (UK), and has held various Senior HR roles, mainly in high growth technology companies, and has helped companies scale up their technical teams. Her particular areas of expertise lie in creating an engaging workplace culture as well as acquiring and developing talent globally at different stages of a Company's growth.
