Tom has spent 5 years on the Recruitment agency side in London, before moving to Australia 8 years ago. He then moved into internal recruitment 3.5yrs ago at Adslot, then Google, and now Head of Recruitment APAC at Deputy. He's worked in IT & Tech Recruitment throughout his career.
Tom is passionate about bringing more gender diversity to Deputy, especially in the Software Engineering teams, and have implemented a few measures that have worked well at Deputy.
