Thomas started his web development journey about 15 years ago, fascinated by what was possible with a simple html file. After programming as a hobby for a few years, he eventually decided to turn his love of building software into a career. Over time, this has taken many forms, including both front and back end development, native mobile development and an array of languages and frameworks.

Thomas has a deep passion for technology and loves sharing that passion with new developers. He believes development should be both enjoyable and rewarding, focussing on techniques that can be transferred between languages and stacks.

Thomas has worked for a range of startups, focussing on consumer products, B2B solutions and government projects. He has worked extensively in both the front end design and development of websites, as well as software architecture, security and video technology. Thomas is currently the Senior Developer for PwC Ventures, building a range of disruptive customer facing products in the financial sector.
