Tina Robinson is a workplace futurist and digital strategist on a mission to change the world by transforming how we think and feel about “work.” The secret lies in the magical intersection of human-focused processes and systems within organizations and the nurturing and unleashing of individual mindsets. We all want to bring our “whole selves” to work – and be cheered and rewarded for it. Tina’s imperative is to make this a reality, as a business leader, consultant, coach, facilitator, and teacher.
Tina is Chief Executive Officer at WorkJoy, an organizational transformation start-up creating happier places to work and future-ready workforces from the inside out – through personalized human-to-human coaching solutions tailored to each organization’s unique culture, structure, and dynamics.
Most recently, Tina held multiple leadership roles within SAP, a multinational digital business
applications corporation, and for SuccessFactors, a global leader in workforce management
technology. Prior to SAP Tina specialized in strategic HR transformations and implementation of talent management initiatives as both an internal HR/organizational development leader and external consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Toyota, and mid-sized technology and energy companies.
Tina completed coach training through CTI (Coaches Training Institute) and has SPHR (Senior Professional in HR) certification. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia and earned her MBA from the University of Michigan. Tina shares her passion for saving the world through happier workplaces as a business school faculty member at Loyola Marymount University and as a volunteer with local and international nonprofit organizations.
When not advising, teaching, coaching, or running a business, Tina studies astrology, meditates on the beach, camps in the desert, and plows through her stack of New Yorker magazines. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two crazy pet parrots.
