Tim is a founder of Roundview, a nascent recruiting start-up that helps companies pre-screen job candidates. Prior, Tim was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he worked with industrial clients around the world (occasionally even sneaking a business trip to his childhood home in Moscow!) When not doing client work, Tim led the learning program for Analysts and Associates in the Northeast. Tim graduated from Harvard University where he was able to finally put his booming voice to a productive use as a campus tour guide.
