    Thomas Logan has spent the past fifteen years assisting organizations to create technology solutions that work for people with disabilities. Over his career Logan has worked on project deliverables for over ten government agencies and over forty private organizations. Logan has delivered over one hundred trainings about how to build accessible information communication technology. Logan was the Chief Technology Officer for HiSoftware responsible for delivering technology that enables organizations to effectively manage and govern their electronic information systems. Logan specializes in regulatory requirements that require information communication technology to be accessible to all people. He has experience training on, developing in, and/or reviewing solutions that work for people with disabilities for a broad suite of technologies including JavaScript, HTML/CSS, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, SharePoint, ASP.NET, Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Forms, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Flash, and even Delphi. Logan’s work has included building a fully functioning accessible Web application for ARIA and WCAG 2.0 as well as a desktop screen reader that can consume accessible information. Previously, Logan was the principal Program Manager at Microsoft for the Microsoft UI Automation framework in Windows Vista. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina.
