With emphasis on complete Business Agility, she works with both enterprise software teams and start-ups to help them deliver high-value, quality software in an iterative and incremental manner. She brings 10+ years of direct engineering and management experience, 11 years of Agile, and 18 years of Healthcare experience to her current role at Slalom Consulting. Most recently, she was part of the Aetna Consumer Digital SAFe implementation, and coached two merging organizations while maturing their Agile practices.
