Theo Cheung has over 15 years of business startup and management experience in various industries including property, food and beverages, and information technology. His diverse industry experience has provided solid foundation for establishing his first co-working space "playground.work" in 2016, which signifies the pioneer lifestyle co-working community in Hong Kong that promotes a happy work-life balanced working culture for startups, SMEs, and the mobile working individuals.

By utilizing his strengths in business development and branding, Theo plays an instrumental role in developing many specialty F&B brands in Hong Kong such as Hungry Elephant, SeeYou@Shaw and 糙米家. Theo is also a director and the Chief Operations Officer of Longbow Enterprises, a privately-owned asset management company with active investments in Australia, Mainland China and Hong Kong.

As a dynamic serial entrepreneur, Theo is a member of the 2016 and 2017 board of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (HK Chapter), which is a global peer-to-peer network of more than 12,000+ influential business owners in 50 countries. He is also a member of Hong Kong Business Angel Network Limited, Institute of Shopping Centre Management, Hong Kong Institute of Marketing and Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants & Related Trades.

Theo holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration Degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from The University of Sydney, Australia.
