He started his career in staffing where he discovered his passion for talent and recruiting, but quickly learned that where he really wants to be is in-house recruiting where he can be a part of the team that he's helping to grow. Since making the switch, he has specialized in talent acquisition at small, growing companies with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
