With nearly 15 years of communications and public affairs experience, Taylor has spent his career developing and executing communications strategies for some of the biggest and best brands, shaping narratives and influencing stakeholders to affect change, drive policy and meet business objectives.
Taylor is currently Director of Public Affairs at Pandora, where he oversees public affairs activities and works to build an environment that furthers the company’s policy objectives, while elevating the brand among regulators and policymakers.
Prior to Pandora he spent nearly two years at Uber as Communications Lead, Eastern North America, where he served as corporate spokesman and crafted communications campaigns focused on sharing the Uber story and advocating the passage of ridesharing legislation.
Taylor spent the previous decade at PR agencies Edelman and Adfero, counseling a variety of clients within the Corporate Communications, Technology and Issues Management practices, including Samsung, Microsoft, Walmart and American Airlines.
Taylor is a North Carolina native who graduated from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He’s been playing guitar since he was 13 and is a self-proclaimed music nerd.
