As a business owner herself, she understands first-hand the complexities of launching a new service or product in the market. Her entrepreneurial spirit has allowed Tarryn to help companies from around the world to reduce costs and make better decisions while scaling their products. Her background also includes agency experience, teaching UX, and working in-house at a start up. She values deep qualitative research that answers the question "why" in order to produce a solution that not only works but is also delightful. She lives for the ""ah ha"" moments during exploratory research and usability testing. Tarryn loves a good brainstorm and is known for the energy and ideas that bounce out of her and onto the whiteboard.
