Adferoites warmly refer to Project Manager Tara Vaezi as "Coach T." Beyond organizing Adfero’s athletic endeavors (e.g. softball, kickball and bowling), Tara plays a central role in encouraging the joviality and team spirit in our office. But her natural leadership abilities also make her perfectly suited for her role as project manager: she is process-driven, organized and a self-professed "completer at heart."
Tara works within our interactive team to ensure that all projects are done on time and on budget. With extraordinary attention to detail, Tara liaises between client leads and Adfero developers to make certain that outcomes are aligned with expectations. Her organization skills are virtually unmatched, and enable her to juggle many competing demands. Tara’s secret? "If I am working on a project, you can guarantee I am color-coding everything to keep all items out of chaos," she said.
A graduate of James Madison University, Tara has stayed involved with her alma mater and served as PR Chair for the DC chapter of JMU Alumni. She is passionate about live music, pub trivia, her two young nieces and sibling order research. (Yes, sibling order research. Were you the oldest of three? An only child? You’ll be shocked by what Tara can accurately surmise based on this information.)
