Tani began her career as an Account Manager at Google selling and managing advertising products for the top U.S. brick and mortar retail clients. In Summer 2013, she left Google to carry out a Fulbright Fellowship in Vietnam. After returning to the U.S., she joined Jopwell.com as Head of Partnerships. Jopwell is a career hub for Black, Latino/Hispanic, and Native American students and professionals. Tani joined Jopwell to make an impact on the minority recruiting gap. At Jopwell, she is focused on building a strong pipeline of talented, diverse candidates and partner companies from across the U.S. Tani has been featured in USA Today, Ebony, and other publications. She graduated from Princeton University in 2010 with an A.B in Religion and a Certificate in African-American Studies.
