Suzanne Ackerman

Having worked as a UXer in strategy, research and design for over 10 years on agency and product teams, I love envisioning and refining exciting experiences for people. Through research and experience design we can deliver smart, compelling, human-centered experiences that serve the people they’re for.

I love uncovering what drives human behavior through empathy and inquiry. From the research, I hunt for patterns, themes, and opportunities and then create narratives, models, and prototypes to bring clarity and focus to the design problem.

Outside of work I spend a lot of time at, in or on the ocean. I also like to stare at art.
