I am efficient and work hard to ensure my team is happy, organised, and empowered to create great digital products. Humans dream it up, design and build it, and humans use the end product, so we have to employ human thinking at the forefront of every process. I believe that people who care about what they make, create products their users care about, ensuring successful business outcomes.
