I cofounded and run one of the world's top coworking spaces that aims to inspire a million people to change they way they live, work and learn.

I dream and create, then build and inspire a team to execute. My current love is the award-winning coworking space Hubud, recognized as one of the world’s best coworking spaces by Forbes, Lonely Planet, Coworker.com, and the ASEAN Rice Bowl Awards. We helped to pioneer the concept of destination working.

In 2015 I founded the Coworking Alliance for Asia Pacific (CAAP), which organises the annual Coworking Unconference Asia (CU Asia), Asia’s premier coworking conference. There, hundreds of coworking spaces from over 30 countries connect and explore the future of work, startup solutions, real estate directions and other industry disrupting trends. It has been called "The best coworking conference on the planet", and we aim to have it be an experience, not an event.

As a facilitator and public speaker, I strive to inspire people to escape a life of professional unhappiness and personal isolation: future of work through the freedom in work! That’s what I’ve talked about at TEDx Barcelona, 2016: we must educate ourselves in the greatest skill that the new creative economy require; namely, the ability to change. Other talks have included subjects such as the new nomad; the Future of Work, the Worker and the Workplace; and convergence between life, work and learning.

While I love to speak, I prefer to listen. People tell me I make them feel heard, and that’s what I believe is key to foster entrepreneurial creativity and team productivity. So let’s chat! ;-)
