Stephenie is the co-founder of TalentTribe, a career discovery platform that brings you an inside look of different companies and careers. She oversees the business strategy and brand development of the company. Having been through the ups and downs of finding herself and the kind of career she should pursue in university, Stephenie believes in building TalentTribe into a brand that young people trying to find their place in this world can resonate with.

Stephenie graduated from Singapore Management University in 2016 with a Bachelor in Business Management (Marketing & Finance), Magna Cum Laude. As a young female entrepreneur, she has been awarded the Luxasia Vitality Innovation and Entrepreneurship (VIE) Award in 2015.

Her first startup, Protégé has also clinched several awards within 4 months of incorporation, including the Singapore Management University Innovation Award and the National Champion of Southeast Asia Pacific Mobile App Challenge 2015.

Apart from the daily startup hustle, Stephenie enjoys having time off to herself and self-learning new skills, especially in marketing and design. She’s currently learning Adobe Illustrator, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing (Social Media/ SEO techniques) and also conversational Korean language. She also figure skates once a week at the ice rink (Freestyle 3-4) and is currently working on her sit spin and single jumps.
