San Francisco
Stephanie has always loved education and supporting students as they develop their potential. While completing her bachelors degree, she worked as a faculty peer advisor and on-campus residence advisor, where she made life-long connections with students from all over the world. After graduating with her degree in English and Biology from the University of British Columbia, she took a risk and moved to San Francisco. Despite having no background in computer science, Stephanie discovered her love of programming and technical challenges during her time at npm, Inc where she worked on the Tech Support team. After two years of Tech Support, she took the plunge and joined General Assembly's SEI, and has been immersed in all things web development ever since.
