Stephan Curiskis

Data Scientist and Analytics specialist

Sydney

Stephan specialises in analytics and data science and is passionate about the use of data and methods of insight discovery to help drive business decision-making. He has extensive experience across multiple industries in assisting companies to analyse, design and implement data and analytics solutions and products. Stephan previously worked in-house for well known brands such as Wesfarmers and the Commmonwealth Bank, as well as agencies and consulting firms including SMS Management and Technology, Holler and Global Red Australia. He is currently leading the data and analytics capability at nearmap, a global aerial mapping start-up.

Stephan holds a B(Hons) in Mathematics, and is currently a PhD student at the University of Technology, Sydney, with research interests in social network analysis, graph theory and machine learning.
