Soumya is Director at Connect Labs, an inbound marketing agency that focuses on driving marketing automation, reengineering lead generation, and boosting online sales for business success. She also runs marketing advisory workshops via The Inbound Coach for startups to get their brand/business online.

Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Soumya set up sales and marketing growth strategy for an Aussie startup that has now expanded from AU to NZ and Asia with over 5 brands under their belt. She loves aligning sales and marketing teams i.e. developing 'smarketing' teams and creating websites that work.

An Ex-Googler, she not only has a good handle on paid search marketing but is also very conversant with creating content strategies for businesses to be found online. She holds a Masters from the University of Melbourne in Publishing and Communications.
