Snehal is mother to 2 kids, an avid traveler and a UX leader who is passionate about people and problems. She likes to solve complex problems with simple and innovative solutions backed by user insights, metrics, experimentation and most importantly instinct based on her prior experience. As a people manager, she focuses on building personal bonds with her team members so she can be their confidant, coach and cheerleader. Improving workplaces for women and bringing more mothers back to work drives her. Before joining Grab, Snehal lived in Seattle and held various design leadership roles at Amazon with Alexa, Amazon Prime and Delivery Experiences.
