Just like many of us, Silvia hates bad service and being treated as a transaction rather than an individual. That’s why she created a business that’s based on the core belief that every customer deserves a great experience. Naturally, all of Bright Cherry activities focus on creating customer experiences with a cherry on top.
Silvia has a strong background in management consulting and business improvement from various top-tier industry roles. She believes that whilst you need a certain skill-set to drive business improvement, customer experience should never be a department but rather a mindset and culture shared by all.
