Sibyl Edwards is a designer, strategist and an advocate for women in technology.

For over a decade, Ms. Edwards has created successful digital campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, non-profit associations and startups.

Working with organizations to help expand their digital presence she develops strategies to grow their business and build their brands. Her experience includes developing and designing media such as: websites, online ads and apps for a variety of publishing platforms and social networks.

Her clients include The World Bank, Social@Ogilvy, Rosetta Stone, Cision and Marriott.

Ms. Edwards is Executive Director for DC Innovates (DCI), a non-profit organization with the mission of fostering and supporting a diverse tech innovation economy in the District of Columbia. DCI managed the Digital DC Technology Fund (DDCTF), a $1 million catalytic fund for early-stage technology ventures in the District.

As President of DC Web Women (DCWW), one of the largest and longest-running tech nonprofits for women in D.C., Sibyl volunteers her time helping to support and advocate for women and girls in internet and tech-related industries. DCWW is a professional organization of more than 3000 professional technologists located in the Washington, D.C. metro area. DCWW is committed to the support and advocacy of women and girls in technology by providing a community in which they can develop and promote their leadership, technical and professional skills.
