Shobha Ramu Shivaiah is an Application Development Manager at UPS. She is a seasoned technology leader with more than 2 decades of experience in IT, varying from leadership/management; design/ coding; to architecture. She has a Masters in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University, US and a Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RVCE, Bangalore University, India.
As an ADM at UPS, she currently leads and manages the UPS API team. She is responsible for the development, testing and support teams in the new development, maintenance, and production support activities of various critical customer-facing UPS APIs as well as internal UPS APIs. She is an active contributor to the UPS API standards for both internal and external APIS and plays a key role in defining strategies and roadmaps for the APIs.
