Sherry currently works as a data scientist for cars.com where she owns several high revenue-impact machine learning models. She has a great passion and excels in solving open-ended business problems with machine learning. Sherry came to the US in 2012 to pursue a master's degree in market research, and had planned to continue her career as a qualitative consumer researcher after graduation; during her study, however, she accidentally found her passion in data analysis and decided to change career direction completely. She eventually graduated with a master of data science and has since worked as a data scientist in several industries such as FinTech, IoT and internet.
