Sheetal Chawla is a Vice President with Capgemini Consulting and leads Digital and Commercial Strategy in the North America Life Sciences Practice. Her background is a unique mix of management consulting, business strategy and industry—enabling her to bring a differentiated perspective on the complex and rapidly changing industry. She has more than 13 years of experience in strategy development, market analytics, marketing and business valuation. In her role, she advises executive leaders on commercial, launch and patient strategies, digital transformation, and portfolio / profit optimization, among other topics. In 2015, Sheetal won the Women of Excellence Rising Star Award by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) for her efforts in developing diverse and impactful leaders. She holds a BA and Executive MBA from The Johns Hopkins University.
