Shana Cammack is the Education and Online Adviser (Campaigns and Digital) at Consumer Affairs Victoria. She is responsible for digital app development and user experience and manages research projects into the issues and information requirements of vulnerable and disadvantaged consumers.
With over ten years experience in a wide range of marketing and communication roles as well as a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, she is a recent alumnus of General Assembly and has a passion for creating a more engaging and enriching digital world for her young son to grow up in.
