An avid follower of best practices in customer experience, she develops strategies to help Snacking Bird pursue, acquire and retain customers. When not working or thinking about work (which is not often), she is busy trying to be more organised, live healthier and get more sleep. SF was previously a participant in The Women's Foundation Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders.
