Seema is a passionate leader with two-plus decades of diverse industry experience in digital transformation launching products and driving innovation for retail, financial institutions, and healthcare companies in the US, Europe, and Singapore. She has navigated her careers from start-ups, consulting, and large MNCs while raising a family.
Whilst building global and local teams, coupled with her personal experience post a geographic move to APAC she understood first-hand the struggle women go through during their careers and factors leading to drop out or growth stagnation. In 2017 she co-founded Pinkstripes - a career platform to help women launch or grow their careers through upskilling, mentoring, and access to the right opportunities and networks. Having successfully rolled out mentoring programs for men and women within companies, she is focused to enable the same for women who seek to grow in technology at a wider level.
Beyond work, she loves art and spending time with her tween girls.
