Scott is an organizational psychologist with expertise across the talent life cycle and experience leading human capital projects and teams in talent strategy, selection, assessment, and development, both internally and for numerous government, commercial, and nonprofit clients. At Navy Federal Credit Union he established and led the IT talent development service and currently leads enterprise learning and talent development with a focus on talent strategy and capability building.
An industry award winner and active member of the HR and I/O communities, Scott thrives on learning from his colleagues in the learning and talent space. He regularly serves as an industry panelist and conference reviewer and his applied research and thought leadership is published in peer-reviewed books and journals.
