Saskia Roddick

Co-founder, The Quarter Club

London

Saskia is the co-founder of The Quarter Club, a network focused on providing a space for creative women to come together to share stories, be inspired and cultivate relationships that enable career growth and progression. Finding they were being force fed negative dialogue surrounding their age, career choices and gender, Saskia Roddick and Jo Duncombe decided to create a space to tackle this negativity and transform it into something positive and empowering. Focused on women in creative and freelance industries, the events they run include; Salons- large scale parties to launch the quarterly theme for the network, most recently ‘Decision’; Labs-practical workshops focused on teaching a particular skill and Pitching Parlours-a place to pitch an idea, project, business to a room of experts for advice and support.

Saskia is also an actress and a mother. She graduated from Drama Centre in 2011 and has since worked across the board in TV, film and the West End. Since June she has been muddling her way through bringing up a baby.
