Prior to HIRED Sascha joined Seek as an early employee in 2005, taking part of a journey that transformed a young promising Australian startup into a multi hundred million dollar revenue pa business globally. During her time there, she also built, implemented, and led Sales operations at Jora, a job search engine acquired by Seek in 2013. Sascha Gray has been working in the employment landscape for 13 years helping candidates find their dream job and organisations build high performing teams.
