She has always had a passion for helping people find jobs they love, starting with her first job as a Technical Recruiter post-college. Sarah quickly realized that not only could she help people find their next opportunity, but she could also help early-stage businesses build the right people infrastructure to support their growth, which translates well to her current role at Billie. Prior to joining Billie, Sarah worked at a variety of New York City-based startups, including Birchbox, Learnvest (acquired by Northwestern Mutual), and CaaStle.
